Job Description

Overhead Door Company of St. Louis™, a DH Pace Company Inc. aspires to hire an Outside Commercial Sales Representative to develop relationships with existing customers and aggressively seek and secure new customers through prospecting activities to sell commercial doors and entry doors.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Meet with decision makers to influence the purchase of our comprehensive line of commercial doors and entry doors
  • Cultivate sales within commercial and industrial buildings, colleges, K-12, municipalities, hospitals, etc. in St. Louis and surrounding areas
  • Provide timely, accurate estimates and proposals
  • Maintain and update Customer Relationship Management System (CRM) daily
  • Other duties as assigned

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Minimum three years outside sales experience
  • Experience with Blue Prints/Plans and Specs highly desired
  • Must have good time management skills, be organized and have the ability to multi-task
  • Must possess a Valid Driver’s License
