Mortgage Loan Processor
100% onsite- Cleveland, OH
Growing home building company is looking for an entry level Mortgage Loan Processor in Cleveland, OH. Will need to be highly driven, organized and looking for a long term career in Mortgage. Training will be provided.
Responsibilities:
- Communicate with homebuyers and internal departments throughout the loan process.
- Manage multiple loan files.
- Gather customer information.
- Set up loan files.
- Order credit reports and various other required reports
- Follow ups on loans.
- Coordinate closing paperwork
- Loan types include Conventional, FHA, VA, USDA & Jumbo
Requirements:
- 4- year degree required
- 2-3 years of relevant work experience
- Detail driven team player
- High degree of organization required.
- Client facing interpersonal and communication skills.
- Familiar with Encompass software a plus
- Eager to learn and grow in the mortgage industry
