Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Insurance Customer Service Representative. The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving customer issues, providing information about insurance policies, and maintaining customer satisfaction. The role requires strong communication and interpersonal skills and working well in a team environment.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Customer Service Representative or in a similar customer-facing role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Experience with customer service software and databases.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.
• Insurance licensing is a plus. 
• Bilingual (English and Spanish) is a huge plus.
• High school diploma or equivalent
