Job description
Isidore Landscapes has been designing, installing, and maintaining landscapes in the
lower mainland since 1994. We’ve built strong working relationships with construction
companies, home builders, and landscape architects. Our technical expertise allows us
to interpret, create, install, and maintain varied and complex landscape designs for all
types of landscape projects.
We are in search of an experienced Equipment Mechanic to join our team and allow us
to keep up with our increasing amount of commercial landscape installations throughout
the Lower Mainland.
Duties of the position include, but are not limited to, the following:
 Complete regular scheduled maintenance of trucks
 Complete routine scheduled maintenance of machinery and tools
 Perform routine scheduled maintenance of heavy equipment
 Perform small engine diagnostics and repairs (2-stroke and 4-stroke)
 Complete routine maintenance of vehicles, including fluid changes, basic repairs and
troubleshooting
 Perform welding and steel fabrication based on operational needs
What are we seeking?
 A minimum 3 Years Mechanical Experience
 Previous welding and steel fabrication experience
 Excellent interpersonal abilities
 Regular ability to lift up to 80lbs repetitively
 A valid class 5 or greater Driver’s license
 Knowledge of safe work practices
 Trailer Driving experience is an asset
Priority will be given to applicants with the following qualities:
 Ability to communicate in a professional manner with Project Managers, Clients, &Site
Personnel.
 Willingness to help out with other landscape work if required and during planting
downtime.
 Adaptable to last minute changes and good problem solving skills.
 Able to work unsupervised and set your own schedule when required.

Salary: $25.00-$35.00 per hour(depends qualification)
