JOB SUMMARY

Gossett Motors is seeking a team-oriented and experienced  EBay Parts Specialist to join our team.

Responsibilities

• Conduct research on eBay to identify the best prices for automotive parts and negotiate with sellers for the best deals.
• Maintain accurate records of all purchases and communicate with dealership management to ensure purchasing goals are met.
• Keep track of inventory levels and anticipate upcoming needs to ensure that the dealership has the necessary parts in stock.
• Work with the dealership's service department to ensure that the correct parts are ordered and delivered on time.
• Manage returns and exchanges as necessary and ensure that all refunds are processed in a timely manner.
• Maintain knowledge of industry trends and changes in parts availability and pricing.
• Must have excellent communication and customer service skills
• Must be able to maintain a professional image and demeanor
• Must be organized and detailed-oriented
• Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment
