This Customer Service Representative job is short-term temporary-to-full-time, and located in Hayward, California.

Key responsibilities

- Provide accurate, friendly customer service in a timely fashion

- Manage incoming telephone calls

- Through your success in the role, you will support business development and client referral goals by actively cross-selling and referring customers

- Retrieve and oversee the sending of written business communications - Excellent customer service and office administrative skills

- Excellent communication and organizational skills

- Strong computer skills including customer database systems

- 2+ years' experience with performing in a goal-driven & customer-focused environment preferred

- Strong problem solving and analytical skills

- Microsoft Office experience

- Enthusiastic attitude and an engaging businesslike approach

- Foundational knowledge of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems, e.g. ACT!, Illustrator, Highrise, and Insightly

- Comfort and confidence when interacting with internal and external partners and clients/customers

- Experience performing extensive research to resolve complex customer inquiries
