Pricing and Client Care Specialist (Rate Negotiating exp req) Description

Our client, a world leader in freight forwarding, is looking for a Pricing and Client Care Specialist to add to their team in Hanover, MD. In this role, you will be the key contact of the clients – building and maintaining customer relationships. The ideal candidate has excellent customer service, communication, negotiating, and organization skills. This is a great opportunity to work for a company that has been in business for 40+ years, is going through significant growth, and is committed to improving the environment. You will also be able to work from home 5 days a month.

Pricing and Client Care Specialist (Rate Negotiating exp req) Responsibilities

• Provide quotes to clients and assist to secure quoted shipments
• Build and maintain client relationships
• Contact clients to get feedback on quotes
• Develop in-depth knowledge of offerings to provide support and recommendations to clients
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and actions taken to resolve issues

Pricing and Client Care Specialist (Rate Negotiating exp req) Qualifications

• 2+ years of domestic/international freight forwarding pricing/quoting experience required
• 1+ years of negotiating rates with all transportation modes experience required
• Knowledge of modes and services within the transportation/logistics industry
