Position Summary: Pricing Assistant

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Pricing Assistant to join our dynamic team at Priority 1 Inc. The Pricing Assistant will play a critical role in supporting our pricing operations by analyzing, validating, and entering logistics and pricing data while ensuring accuracy and compliance in pricing documents. This position requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, a high level of organization, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
Analyze, validate, and enter large sets of logistics and pricing data
Review pricing documents for accuracy, completeness, and compliance
Perform RFQ and blanket pricing analysis and summarize insights for internal stakeholders
Develop and maintain routine and ad hoc reports for the Pricing team

Utilize Excel to manipulate data, identify trends, and support decision-making
Provide outstanding customer service skills to all entities involved with Priority 1 Inc.
Collaborate with Pricing Managers and team members on daily operational tasks

Qualifications:
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
High level of organization and attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Comfortable working under deadlines and adapting to changing priorities

Ability to demonstrate reliability, including consistent attendance and punctuality.
Positive attitude and strong team-oriented mindset


Skills and Experience in:

Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel (required), including:

  • Pivot tables
  • VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP
  • Data analysis and basic formulas

Working Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Primarily Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
