  • Support the Pricing team with the preparation and review of quotations.
  • Assist in collecting, updating, and maintaining carrier rates and pricing databases.
  • Help update rate sheets, surcharges, and internal pricing tools.
  • Support the tracking and follow-up of quotations sent to customers and the global network.
  • Assist in gathering information required for pricing requests.
  • Maintain organized records and documentation according to company procedures.
  • Support data analysis and reporting activities within the department.
  • Collaborate with team members on continuous improvement initiatives and special projects.
  • Provide general administrative support to the department when required.
