Technical Business Analyst

Agile Occupational Medicine is seeking a Technical Business Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing and evaluating our technical systems and processes in order to identify areas of improvement and recommend solutions that align with our strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze technical systems and processes to identify areas of inefficiency or potential for improvement
• Gather and analyze data to understand the impact of technical systems on business operations
• Work with stakeholders to identify business needs and technical requirements
• Collaborate with IT teams to develop technical solutions that meet business needs
• Assess the feasibility of proposed technical solutions and provide recommendations to stakeholders
• Communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences
• Develop technical documentation, including user manuals and process flows
• Test technical solutions to ensure they meet requirements and are functional
• Provide ongoing support and maintenance for technical systems

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Statistics, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience as a technical business analyst or in a related role
• Strong understanding of both business and technical concepts
• Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Specific technical knowledge or experience in a particular industry or with certain technologies (optional)
