Our goal for our clients family is to find reliable in-home caregiver for the client, who can build a trustful foundation to reach their care goals and daily achievements while also creating a fun and safe learning environment for them. We provide personal care in our clients' homes, which can include:

• Assisting with personal care, which may include incontinence care, bathing, grooming, dressing, and eating.
• Following a prescribed healthcare plan, which may include assisting with exercise and administering medication.
• Ensuring the client’s home is organized according to their needs and that safety measures are in place. You may also be expected to assist with some light housework.
• Providing emotional support and encouragement to perform necessary tasks.
• Providing mobility assistance may be required, for example helping the client in and out of bed, a chair, or a wheelchair.
• Transporting or escorting the client to medical and other appointments.
• Monitoring and reporting changes in health, behavior, and needs.

We are currently in need of Caregivers for all shifts in the following areas:

Salem/ Keizer/ Stayton/ Woodburn

Dallas/ Monmouth/ Independence/ Jefferson

Albany/ Corvallis/ Lebanon/ Sweet Home

and other areas in Marion/Polk/Linn/Benton/Yamhill counties

Required Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• Must have valid driver’s license and insurance
• Positive and patient demeanor
• Ability to build rapport with clients
• Ability to handle physical workload
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Must be able to pass a Criminal History Check and a Drug Screen.
• 6 months' Verifiable experience in an Assisted Living Facility, Residential Care Facility, or Adult Foster Home in hospice, home health/ in-home care, or other related fields . Private Caregiving is accepted as long as it's verifiable or for an In Home Care agency.
