Russell Tobin & Associates is currently seeking an International Operations Analyst to work for our client in Beaverton, OR Apply now for consideration!

This is a 12-month contract role.

PAY: $24.65/hour

JOB DUTIES:

Organize and schedule team meetings across multiple continents/regions & time zones for operations outside the US.
Responsible for performing a variety of routine expedition activities in accordance with standard procedures
Ensures that time frames and warehousing requirements are met Undertakes quality checks and warehouse controls
Assist in adapting company business model to appropriate local cultural conventions and legal requirements through research and problem-solving.
Leverage analytics and reporting tools to provide leadership with updates on team performance, inventory levels/sell through rates, and to highlight process improvement opportunities.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor’s degree preferred
2+ years of professional experience in project or performance management, operations, and/or related field.
MS Office
Ability to take AM or PM calls outside of standard 8am-5pm business hours.
Bilingual in Spanish is huge plus!
