Bill Brown Ford is looking for an experienced Parts Counter Associate to assist customers & technicians with parts requests.
The candidate needs to be friendly, customer-oriented, organized, and dependable.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Conducts perpetual inventory cycle checks.
- Delivers outstanding customer service
- Promotes the sale of parts and accessories.
- Work well with others in a team environment.
- Handle telephone inquiries.
- Maintains a neat and clean appearance in the Parts Department and allied areas.
- Ensure all parts are pulled and sold accurately.
- Other stock-keeping duties include organizing and pulling stock and assisting team members with the workload
*Salary dependent on experience*
Monday-Friday Position. CDK, Ford Parts Catalog knowledge required.
