Responsible for operating the HSB Global Customer Experience research team's digital insight strategy, a comprehensive effort intended to optimize research communications and insight availability within HSB. In partnership with other team members, helps plan and manage the tools that enable this strategy. Works to translate a wide range of new and existing internal and externally developed market research into engaging text and visual-based stories. These stories are meant to foster a deeper understanding of current and future trends impacting the business landscape, ultimately helping power organizational efforts to improve products and innovate.

Additionally, conducts external market research and authors original content that is calibrated to be highly digestible/consumable for the organization. Partners with team members to develop write-ups that are designed to generate excitement and interest in trend topics, potentially serving as a springboard for future innovation efforts.
