Automation Personnel Services, Inc. Is now hiring for Dispatcher in Garland, TX

Job Description: The Dispatch Administrator would manage the daily orders to help facilitate the needs of operations. This person is responsible for the scheduling of materials for delivery and managing, coordinating, directing and routing trucks constantly to minimize downtime and maximize company resources in order to deliver products to commercial and private customers on a timely basis. Additional duties include maintaining open lines of communication with customers, dispatch/billing, answering phones, etc.

Pay Rate: $18.00 per hour

Requirements:
Minimum of High School Diploma/GED
3-5 years of dispatching and/or aggregate sales knowledge
Strong understanding of drivers as well as contractor customer relations
Experience in dispatching aggregate haulers along with quarry locations throughout the service area
Knowledgeable with standard concepts of scheduling, construction, dispatching and sales
Strong computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, Google docs, Quickbooks and Salesforce
Exceptional customer service to both external and internal customers with the ability to tactfully and professionally handle customers and vendors
