Assistant Childcare Teacher ***Earn Up to $35.50 per hour***

Position: Assistant Child Care Teacher

Location: Sunnyvale, CA and Mountain View, CA

Projected Duration: 12 Months extendable contract

Pay Rate Range: $28.50 - $35.50/ HR W2 + Benefits

Job Overview

We are seeking Assistant Child Care Teachers to join our client’s team in a childcare setting for of one of the world’s largest technology companies.

In this role you supervise and care for young children in a childcare classroom, maintain a safe teacher child ratio, and maintain quality curriculum during the absence of an FTE.

Top 4 Responsibilities

1) Supervision and care of young children in a childcare classroom.

2) Appropriately speak and interact with children.

3) Ensure that there is always a safe environment.

4) Support FTE team with curriculum implementation and reinforcement of established systems (tracking, documentation, charting, etc)

Requirements

****Open to recent college grads with a minimum of 12 ECE credit units****

- At least one year of experience in working in an early childhood education setting

- Experience with children ranging in age from infants to preschoolers

- Has, at minimum, 12 credit units in ECE

Desired

- 3 Infant Toddler units

- Preferred CPR and First Aid certifications

- Able to pick up children who are 30 pounds
