We are looking for a highly organized, full-time team player to help manage and contribute to our success and continued growth!

We are a family-owned company committed to saving Arizona residents time, money & lives for over 25 years. We manufacture and install custom, sewn-on-site pool and spa covers which are unparalleled in the pool industry for the safety and benefits they provide.

WHAT WE REQUIRE FROM YOU:

✔ Ability to work independently and proactively assist sales, service & marketing with daily tasks (lead tracking & management)

✔ Organizational & time management skills w/ proactive work ethic. Attention to detail and ability to self-start is crucial.

✔ Computer proficiency with Outlook, Word & Excel

RESPONSIBILITES INCLUDE:

✔ Greeting clients and visitors – a happy & friendly demeanor is a must!

✔Answering phones and collecting customer info for estimates and service – must be very comfortable on the phone talking to potential & existing customers!

✔ Appointment scheduling for inbound calls/leads and data entry of leads received into company CRM

✔ Completing daily follow-up calls with leads post-appointment/pre-sale

✔ Customer follow-up for installations, referral program & reviews

✔ Assisting with ensuring company CRM is up to date with all pertinent customer details for appointments, service notes, and follow up tasks

✔ Helping maintain office calendars and company image bank

✔ Performing clerical tasks as needed (taking payment info, managing customer files, etc)

WHAT YOU GET FROM US:
