What You Will Do:
  • Deliver impact and results by defining success metrics, analyzing data for insights and prioritizing what to build
  • Communicate and collaborate by articulating the “why” and "what" customer problem to solve, working with others, and balancing their point of view with solicited input of others
  • Define Product requirements and lead successful execution of initiatives that enable digital experiences.
  • Lead user research studies to test assumptions and new product concepts. Measure results and adjust accordingly.
  • Inform strategy by monitoring competitors, understanding customer needs and technical designs of products to serve them
  • Engage closely with engineering and architecture to help determine the best technical implementation/design while balancing time-to-market needs.
  • Customer focus: Represent the end customer on an ongoing basis, based on direct and frequent communication, and use this to drive effective prioritization and decisions.
  • Write clear and concise user stories and acceptance criteria following best practices
  • Lead backlog grooming, rank backlog for sprint planning, and participate in daily standups, demos and retrospectives.
  • Data-driven decision-making: Use A/B Testing, analytics, market research, usability studies and competitive analysis to drive decision making
  • Defines product roadmap: goals, objectives, impact and metrics that align to business strategy and vision
Who You Are:
You are an accomplished Senior Product Manager who is passionate about identifying consumer-facing problems and building impactful solutions. The initial focus of this role will be on delivering hospitality systems-integrations and an associated e-commerce experience, enabling an ideal customer journey for booking a ski trip online. From there, you will explore a limitless set of exciting products to build for this industry!

Requirements:
  • 7+ years of software Product Management experience, with a focus on building technology products
  • 5+ years of Ecommerce Product Management experience and knowledge of related best practices
  • Experience performing user/customer research and using qualitative/quantitative data analysis to drive product decisions.
  • Experience building headless API products and defining requirements API first
  • Experience with systems integrations
  • KPI and OKR definition and measurement experience
  • Experience using Agile development methodologies and JIRA/Confluence to document business requirements.
  • Experience prioritizing work into Epics, User Stories, and writing Acceptance Criteria
  • Proven track record for building, launching, and maintaining high-scale, successful products.
  • Strong stakeholder management and experience in influencing and aligning cross-functional partners
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit – self-driven and curious with a passion for solving problems.
  • Strategic thinker with excellent attention to detail and highly organized.
  • Ability to dive deep while also keeping perspective on the big picture goals.
  • An appreciation for quickly delivering impact, with the understanding that speed is important but building the right foundation and delivering with quality is equally important.
  • A passion for simple design and exceptional user experiences.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in business, information technology, computer science, engineering or related field, or equivalent work experience. MBA a plus.
Bonus Points:
  • Business acumen and product knowledge inside the hospitality ecosystem, specifically in eCommerce and/or vacation or hotel property management systems integrations is a plus
  • Experience with payments – payment gateways, consolidation platforms, subscriptions, etc.
  • Familiarity with multivariate testing techniques and platforms

Compensation: $150,000.00-$180,000.00
In accordance with the Colorado Equal Pay for Equal Work Act, the approximate salary range is listed above. The actual offer will be determined by various factors including experience, skills, and internal equity among our team.
