Job Summary:

As the Video Game Merchandise Production Manager at DPI Merchandising LLC, you will be responsible for overseeing the production and distribution of video game-themed merchandise, including apparel, accessories, collectibles, and more. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage vendors, and ensure the timely delivery of merchandise to delight our fans and customers.


Key Responsibilities:

Merchandise Production: Manage the end-to-end production process of video game merchandise, from design and manufacturing to quality control and delivery. Develop and maintain production schedules, coordinating with various departments to meet project timelines.

Vendor Management: Identify and liaise with suitable vendors, negotiating contracts and agreements for the production of merchandise.

Budget Management: Manage the merchandise production budget and optimize costs while maintaining quality.

Communication: communicate regularly with cross-functional teams, studios, and clients to align merchandise production with overall business strategies. Update stakeholders on production progress, potential issues, and resolution plans.

Design Collaboration: Collaborate with the creative team to translate video game themes and artwork into merchandise concepts that resonate with the audience.

Quality Assurance: Implement quality control processes to maintain the highest standards of merchandise quality, ensuring products meet or exceed customer expectations.
