Job Summary:
We are seeking a creative and highly capable Video Production Specialist to join our marketing team and help bring our products, people, customers, and brand to life through compelling video content.
This role will be responsible for taking video projects from concept and pre-production through filming, editing, and final delivery. The ideal candidate is equally comfortable developing a creative concept, setting up a camera and lighting, capturing compelling footage in the field, and turning that footage into polished content for digital, social, advertising, sales, and customer-facing channels.
The Video Production Specialist will work closely with Marketing, Product, Sales, and other internal teams to develop content that clearly communicates the value of RAM Mounts products and the real-world applications they support.
This is a hands-on role for a visual storyteller who can balance creative quality, brand consistency, technical execution, and business objectives. This position is office-based at our South Park Seattle headquarters, collaborating closely with our engineering, marketing, and U.S.-based production teams.
Duties And Responsibilities:
  • Plan, shoot, and edit video/photo content for RAM Mounts.
  • Produce product videos, demonstrations, and launch content.
  • Create brand, campaign, and promotional videos/photos.
  • Produce customer stories, testimonials, and case study videos.
  • Develop concepts, scripts, storyboards, and shot lists.
  • Operate cameras, lighting, audio, and other production equipment.
  • Film in a variety of environments, including offices, warehouses, vehicles, manufacturing facilities, customer locations, and events.
  • Edit video for websites, social media, email, advertising, presentations, and sales materials.
  • Conduct and film interviews with customers, employees, and industry partners.
  • Capture supporting photography and B-roll when needed.
  • Manage video projects from pre-production through final delivery.
  • Organize and maintain video footage, project files, and digital assets.
  • Coordinate production schedules, locations, equipment, talent, and outside vendors.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Product, Sales, and Creative teams on video projects.
  • Ensure all video content aligns with RAM Mounts brand standards and marketing objectives.
  • Stay current with video production techniques, equipment, platforms, and content trends.
  • Help develop and maintain a consistent video production process and content library.

Required:
  • 3-5 years of professional video production experience or equivalent demonstrated experience.
  • Strong experience with video production from concept through final delivery.
  • Strong experience with photography (in-studio and lifestyle)
  • Proficiency with professional video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or DaVinci Resolve.
  • Strong understanding of cinematography, composition, lighting, audio, camera operation, and video editing.
  • Experience producing content for digital marketing, social media, websites, and other commercial applications.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work independently while also taking direction and collaborating with a larger creative and marketing team.
  • Portfolio demonstrates a range of professional video work.
