Here is what the role looks like:
The Digital Content Creator is responsible for producing engaging visual content that aligns with brand guidelines and digital trends. This role requires creativity, technical skills, and collaboration to develop high-quality assets for social media, marketing campaigns, and brand storytelling. Here are some of the main functions of this role:

  • Develop high-quality visual and video content for social media, digital ads, and marketing campaigns.
  • Independently produce short-form video content from concept to completion, including ideation, scripting, storyboarding, filming, and editing.
  • Plan and manage production logistics for shoots, including scheduling, location coordination, equipment preparation, and on-site execution.
  • Capture, edit, and optimize short-form video content for social media platforms and assist Creative Director or Digital Content Manager in long-form video content.
  • Design graphics, motion elements, and supporting visuals to enhance digital storytelling.
  • Write engaging, on-brand video scripts, captions, and supporting copy when needed.
  • Edit video content using tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar software.
  • Optimize video formats, aspect ratios, and quality for various digital platforms and campaign requirements.
  • Organize, manage, and archive raw footage and digital assets to maintain an efficient media library.
  • Ensure all content aligns with brand identity, messaging, tone, and visual standards.
  • Collaborate with marketing, social media, and design teams to execute campaign content effectively.
  • Contribute creative ideas through brainstorming sessions and proactive content pitching.
  • Use project management tools to track tasks, manage workflows, and meet deadlines.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while adapting to shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Incorporate feedback from stakeholders to refine and improve content quality and performance.
  • Stay current with social media trends, platform updates, and emerging digital content tools.

  • Minimum HS Diploma or GED equivalent; bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related field preferred
  • 3-5 years of experience in digital content, social media management, or marketing.
  • Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • Experience managing social media campaigns, paid ads, and content production.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and audience engagement strategies.
  • Experience with social media advertising, budgeting, targeting, and analytics.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and project management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in social media management tools, Meta Business Suite, and analytics platforms.
  • Working knowledge of Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office, and/or Google Workspace.
  • Ability to professionally manage online engagement, customer interactions, and negative social media activity.
  • Regular, punctual, and consistent attendance
  • Must be able to work any shifts and weekends, variable schedule(s) as necessary to meet the needs and goals of the business
