Job Description

We are seeking an Outside Sales Representative to join our team! The ideal candidate will be a team player who is open to coaching and can collaborate within a group environment. A sales person with an entrepreneurial spirit for creating business that benefits both the company and themselves!

Requirements:

Proven Sales Experience
Physically capable of ascending and descending from roofs while documenting inspections
Reliable transportation and a valid MN Driver's License
Legally authorized to work within the United States
Availability Monday - Saturday 8am to 7pm
Must be willing to travel out of state for extended periods of time

Responsibilities:

Performing and documenting roof inspections
Reviewing contracts with Homeowners
Prompt arrival to all appointments
Data entry in a timely manner
Self-sourced lead generation
Attend required meetings
Being the outward face of our brand
Complete tasks that may fall outside of normal scope of work

Qualifications:

Previous Sales experience (required)
Reliable transportation

Compensation:

W-2 Position
$39,000 starting salary + commission
$1,000 Sign-On Bonus (payable after 30 days of continuous employment and one (1) closed sale)
