Business Process & Solution Architect

• Lam Research is looking for a Business Process & Solution Architect in our Business Process & System (BP&S) Team within Global Operations to lead transformational programs/projects to support Lam's strategic objectives.
• This role will lead and manage programs that involves the design, development, and implementation of global processes and systems.  
• In this position, you will provide subject matter expertise in developing and implementing solutions to support the company's strategic objectives.
• You will have responsibility to lead and contribute to projects that will transform the company's business processes and enterprise level automation within Global Operations.
• Provide strong leadership for global and transformational projects. Lead, oversee and direct BP&S projects of varying size from inception to successful completion.
• Influence and align cross-functional teams that include design engineering, planning and order fulfilment, supply chain, logistics, finance and sales operations.
• Facilitate key deliverables for projects including business requirement documents, functional specifications, development activity and testing cycles.
• Ability to influence & communicate at every level in the organization from individual contributors up to VP level.

• BS in Engineering, Operations Management, Computer Science, or equivalent; advanced university degree is a plus (e.g. MBA, MS);
• 10+ years of professional experience out of which 5 years in order fulfilment, planning & manufacturing processes
• WFE, high-tech industries experience preferred
• Experience with SAP ECC as an advanced business user, business systems analyst, or consultant 
• Experience with SAP Variant Configuration, ETO/CTO Sales Orders, MRP, and complex Bills of Materials, integration with IBP, Kinaxis, MDM solutions preferred
• Experience in process and solution development in global programs and teams which are transformational in nature within matrix organization
• Experience in leading business change management
• Experience in BPM methodology is a plus.
