The Work


The Business Architect will analyze current business workflows, identify opportunities for optimization, and lead business process reengineering (BPR) initiatives that align processes with organizational strategy. This role focuses on gathering and documenting business requirements, designing Pegabased business architecture solutions, facilitating workshops and stakeholder discussions, and partnering with technical teams to ensure alignment between business and technical objectives. The Business Architect also supports change management activities and guides teams through process transitions.

Key Responsibilities


  • Analyze current workflows and identify opportunities for optimization and process improvement
  • Lead business process reengineering (BPR) initiatives to align workflows with organizational goals
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and validate business requirements
  • Translate business needs into clear functional specifications and solution designs
  • Design and support Pegabased business architecture solutions
  • Facilitate workshops, interviews, and crossfunctional working sessions
  • Develop business cases and recommendations for proposed enhancements
  • Partner with technical teams to ensure alignment between business and technical objectives
  • Support change management activities and assist teams through process transitions

  • Bachelor's Degree required
  • 3+ years of professional experience
  • Handson experience with Pega in business architecture or process design contexts
  • Expertise in Business Process Reengineering (BPR), workflow analysis, and process optimization
  • Strong background in requirements gathering and documentation
  • Familiarity with process mapping and requirements management tools
  • Ability to translate complex processes into clear and actionable insights
  • Strong communication, analytical, and problemsolving skills
