Payroll Manager - GREAT Opp. in Hunt Valley, MD!

About the Company and Opportunity:

Our client is a prominent company in the broadcasting industry! They pride themselves on their design model and believe it will be the new standard for all companies in the same field! They have a great culture and are known for implementing new processes to help increase workflow and productivity.
Due to growth, they are looking to add a Corporate Senior accountant to their team, with the office being located in Hunt Valley, MD!

Job Responsibilities:

Participate in the resolution of payroll related issues
Supervise payroll personnel staff
Responsible for related payroll taxes
Responsible for general ledger payroll journal entries and related reconciliations
Manage payroll related reporting and auditing of processes, systems, and data integrity
Develop policies and procedures related to system use

Preferred Qualifications for the Payroll Manager:

BS degree preferred, but not required
3+ years of relevant payroll experience
Strong communication skills across all levels of the organization
Thorough knowledge of payroll and payroll tax regulations
Proven experience with Oracle Fusion is preferred
Critical thinking skills with the ability to problem-solve and multi-task
Ability to lead and execute professionalism
