Job Description

Call Center / Customer Service / Data Entry

Customer Service Representative

Second Shift: 2PM to 10:30PM

As Customer Service Representative, your job duties and responsibilities will include:

Receiving complete training
Having a hybrid WFH schedule
Supporting Call Center operations
Answering inbound phone calls from a phone queue
Supporting truck drivers with their maintenance and repair needs
Identifying each truck driver's issue (breakdown, flat tire, out of gas, needs tow, etc.)
Taking notes in the database
Answering questions and addressing inquiries
Collaborating with internal teams
Performing other duties as assigned

Up to $18.00 per hour to start plus full benefits

An ideal candidate profile will include:

At least 1 year of Customer Service, Customer Support and/or Call Center experience
Experience answering a high-volume of phone calls
Accurate Data Entry skills
