Bay Area based real estate investment and property management firm is looking to add to their team. Position will be working through all components of development from acquisitions through construction. This will include the budgeting process, planning, city zoning/planning, construction, and leasing
Responsibilities:
- Analyzing potential purchases
- Sourcing potential acquisitions and reviewing potential dispositions
- Establishing budget for project(s)
- Developing scope of work and schedule of events for the projects
- Developing proforma for projects through various stages in process
- Communicating with Construction team for TI projects
- Communicating with planning, engineers and architects to ensure approval for projects
- Ensuring properties are managed on the determined budgets and understanding any variances for the portfolio
- Preparing due diligence
- Preparing financial models to analyze potential acquisitions
- Reviewing current market and gathering data on market rates
- Generating company portfolio financial reports
- Traveling to current and prospective properties
Special Skills:
- Strong communication and analytical skills
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines and provide guidance to a team
Must have:
- 2+ years in Commercial Real Estate, title/development
- BA desired
- MS Office - advanced
- Entrepreneurial sprit and drive
