Position Overview:

We are looking for driven, organized professionals who thrive in high-volume environments and can juggle multiple listings, clients, and deadlines without missing a beat.

As a Disposition Agent, you will serve as the primary listing expert for our investor-held properties. You'll work closely with our Institutional Sales team to bring properties to market efficiently and professionally, ensuring client satisfaction and a high standard of service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conducting pre-listing property evaluations and collaborating on pricing strategies

  • Coordinating professional photography, marketing setup, and listing documentation

  • Strategically positioning listings on the MLS to attract high-quality offers

  • Gathering showing feedback and providing weekly reports to investor clients

  • Recommending price adjustments based on market performance and data

  • Evaluating offers and negotiating terms for the highest possible investor return

  • Coordinating the contract-to-close process, including repairs, appraisal follow-up, and closing documentation
