Customer Service Representative - Must be Utah Resident

Monday – Sunday Schedule

Salt Lake City, Utah

$15/hr.

What you would be doing:

Answer customer questions
Track packages and shipments
Make documents on customer accounts and make requests
Meet goals and quality assurance guidelines
Maintain strict confidentiality regarding customer information
Place orders for customers

What we are looking for:

Must have at least 1 year customer service experience
Type 55 words per minute
Ability to assist a high volume of email customers per day
Detail oriented and able to prioritize needs
Exceptional customer service skills
Takes initiative and has strong problem solving skills

Work from Home to start then move into our office in Salt Lake
