We are currently hiring a Maintenance Technician to join our team. You will be assisting our team in maintaining over 20 facilities located around San Diego County. If you're hard-working and dedicated there is room to grow in this position!

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7:30am-4pm

Salary Range: $25-28 per hour (based on tenure)

A typical day will include:

  • Supporting building and grounds maintenance of multiple facilities
  • Tracking service requests through a web-based program
  • Identifying root causes or recommending best practices for ongoing issues if not immediately identified
  • Performing multiple physical maintenance tasks such as: repairing leaks, repairing drywall, painting, minor plumbing replacement, outlet/plug/bulb replacement, digging trenches, repairing fences


What you'll need to be successful:

  • HS Diploma or GED
  • Attention to detail
  • Physically capable of performing a range of tasks; including moving and lifting equipment and materials up to 100 pounds; ability and willingness to work in adverse weather
  • Valid CA Driver's License
  • Experience in residential and/or commercial building maintenance tasks


We'd love it if you:

  • Had experience with using computer systems to track service requests
  • Had professional drywall and painting experience
