HealthCare Support is currently interviewing for a Licensed Behavioral Health Case Manager - Remote with a top-rated behavioral health organization dedicated to advancing mental health care for families and individuals. This Behavioral Health Case Manager - Remote opportunity is a permanent, full time position offering a competitive salary, full benefits and the luxury of working remote.
PERKS of this Licensed Behavioral Health Case Manager - Remote opportunity (effective Day 1):
- Competitive compensation package:
o Starting at $30+/hr with time and a half over 40 hours/week
- Schedule:
o Monday - Friday | 8:30am to 5:00pm CST (9:30 to 6 p.m. EST) four days a week and 10:30am - 7:00pm CST (11:30 a.m. – 8 p.m. EST) one day a week
- Benefits:
o Benefits kick-in the first of the next month after one-month waiting period (Ex. Hired on 7/19, benefits start on 9/1)

o 401(k) with a 3% contribution (eligible after 6 months of employment)
o Two weeks of PTO first and second year
o Sick/Personal Time accrual up to 5 days per year

DAILY JOB DUTIES of this Licensed Behavioral Health Case Manager - Remote opportunity:
- Provide brief counseling and coaching via telehealth to individuals and families
- Provide personalized support for individuals who are looking for help, for a broad range of emotional and mental health needs
- Work closely with a collaborative team of elite clinicians, through regular collaboration
- Be a key contributor to improving our care model, by providing feedback on our client’s needs and our approach
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS of this Licensed Behavioral Health Case Manager - Remote opportunity:
- Master’s degree in a mental health discipline and/or related field
- Current valid license in a related field (LPC, LPCC, LAMFT, LMFT, LADC, LICSW, LGSW or LCSW)
- 2+ years of experience providing evidence-based treatments, short-term psychotherapy using outcomes management, and are excited and motivated to deliver clinical support via phone
- Excellent interpersonal skills (communication and listening), especially over the phone, and a willingness to receive feedback
- Strong computer proficiency with MS Office Suite
