Position Summary: The Inscape Specialist plays a critical role supporting Sirius / CDW's sales team by taking the lead on positioning and demonstrating the Inscape platform.

In this role, the Inscape Specialist will communicate directly with sales and clients by coordinating and presenting on conference calls, including: communicating the Inscape value proposition, introducing all the services within the Inscape platform, demonstrating key features of the platform, answering questions related to the Inscape platform, and working closely with the Client Success team to onboard the client to Inscape. A fundamental understanding of Microsoft cloud (Office 365, Azure) and AWS is important to positioning Inscape, which is an all-encompassing cloud business platform of service offerings to help clients discover, manage, govern, report, optimize, adopt, train and procure these popular cloud and SaaS applications. Primary Duties & Responsibilities + Builds relationships with field sales teams in a given territory as a go-to resource for Inscape sales + Proactively reaches out to field sales teams in a given territory to discuss Inscape opportunities + Works closely with field sales team and clients to coordinate online demonstrations of the Inscape platform + Presents and articulates Inscape service offerings, including a tour(s) of Inscape and how it will be a game-changer for the client's business + Provides follow up directly with clients related to the Inscape platform + Answers Inscape platform questions and engaging additional resources as needed + Assists clients with setting up Inscape service trials + Introduces clients to the Client Success team for Inscape platform and support onboarding + Participates in regular Inscape training and platform enhancements, as well as other required training identified by Sirius / CDW.

Basic Qualifications - + Bachelor's degree in a Business-related field, or (1) year prior sales experience Other Position Requirements + Proven organizational skills and effective time management skills + Demonstrated verbal and written communication skills + Demonstrated ability to understand technology solutions and communicate the benefits to our clients + Demonstrated attention to detail and responsiveness Preferred Qualifications: + IT industry experience + Inside sales experience + Sales CRM experience Data Privacy & Security: + All Sirius employees are responsible to safeguard the information and information systems that they use or handle in the execution of their duties.
