We are seeking a Sr. Digital Marketing Specialist to work a contracted, hybrid position in Herndon, VA.

Work flexibility: Domestic travel for field and dealer training, dealer and agency meetings a few times per year. Travel to the office is required 2 times per week.

Experience:

  • 5-7 years of professional experience in account management, marketing, analytical and program/project management required
  • Automotive experience preferred

Education:
  • Bachelor degree in Marketing, Business or related major
  • MBA or Master's degree desired

Role Summary:
The Media & Dealer Ops team is responsible for aligning and implementing company's brand strategy, consistently, across the three marketing tiers. company's growth goals require the entire dealer network to be fully optimized and engaged.

This position directly supports the Manager - Media & Dealer Ops with the core focus of helping dealers maximize local advertising efforts through coordination and implementation Dealer Operations Marketing Programs. The ability to operate and optimize cross-tier within these marketing programs is desired.

This position will support the larger team's work across all tiers of marketing.

Role Responsibilities:
Operational Work
  • Dealer Operations Marketing Programs: Play a key support role in the management and evolution of growing Dealer marketing programs.
  • Responsible for day to day operation of Dealer Operations Marketing Programs. This includes;
    • Implementation and ongoing daily maintenance
    • Review, approval and roll-out of program enhancements and guideline updates
    • Issue resolution at the regional and Dealer level
    • Syndication of content, media optimization and metrics
    • Management and understanding of program dependencies, barriers and opportunities
    • Pro-active prioritization of initiatives and tasks with partners
  • Daily interface to agency partner regarding program operations
  • Support for project delivery which may include, producing required documentation, coordinating resources and deliverables, communicating across teams and reporting, and training
  • Acts as the primary subject matter expert regarding program operations.
  • Facilitates communication and resolution of issues across all internal departments and external partners.
  • Manage all communications to VW Dealer body and *** field team
  • Grow participation and engagement in Programs
  • Evaluate, propose and launch products supporting dealer digital engagement
  • Collaborate with agency to engage dealers with training as needed to deliver program support and area expertise. Attend training events as needed.
  • Assist with creative coordination on AdLab portal
  • Ability to distill complex concepts into a clear, concise and understandable presentation
  • Engage and facilitate incorporation efforts by all profit centers (After sales, CPO, etc.)
  • Perform quarterly creative compliance audits with external vendors and report on compliance metrics
Marketing Analytics
  • Ability to access multiple reporting platforms for scheduled/ad-hoc reporting projects
  • Analyze and summarize findings for internal/external/executive-level deliverables
Program Budget Management
  • Process and track dealer and vendor billing. Manage purchasing process to add new products, update purchase order amounts
  • Lead PO tracking and reporting. Support finance in payment management.
  • Support yearly budget development and planning
Supervisory Work
  • Regional-Level Marketing Meetings
  • Assist with planning and execution of meetings as participation is warranted (on-site support)
  • Coordinate presentations from all team members
Agency Management
  • Support Manager in supervising Agency Partners and Contracts
Other/Misc.
  • Monthly overview reports to Marketing team
  • Ad hoc presentation/meeting support
  • Ad hoc Region requests and support
  • Assist in Dealer / Field meeting presentation development
  • Serve as resource/liaison to Region Marketing Managers and Marketing
