LAND AGENT - NEGOTIATOR JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Serve as mineral owner liaison when necessary; Make independent decisions within established parameters on how to best approach mineral owners and proceed with lease negotiations;

• Conduct negotiations with mineral owners, attorneys and companies to acquire oil and gas leases, amendment curative, etc.;

• Explain project to mineral owners, including expectations, procedures, ownership breakdowns, timing and financial arrangements;

• Pull necessary title documents to support leasing operations

• Review and understand agreement packets and other necessary documents related to transaction
