Job Description

Medical equipment service/repair company seeking full-time Service Dispatcher.

Hours of operation M-F 7:30-4:00

Hourly pay $22-$28 DOE - Employer-paid Medical Insurance - Paid Holidays

Primary Duties:
- Field incoming phone calls and emails from customers
- Answer phone calls, texts, and emails from service technicians
- Schedule and dispatch service calls and routine maintenance visits
- Manage customer database accurately
- Create and send quotes to customers for necessary repairs
- Maintain customer service schedule
- Process completed work orders for billing

Qualifications:
- Proficient computer skills, Quickbooks a must
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize and work under pressure
- Maintain a professional and friendly attitude
- Ability to maintain excellent attendance
- A general geographical knowledge of Seattle/Tacoma and surrounding areas
