Steamboat Residential Supervisor & Training Coordinator

Reports to: Steamboat Operations Manager

Job Category: Hourly | Non-Exempt | Full-Time

Starting Salary: $24/hour

Job Site: Foundry - Ranch


Job Summary:

The Steamboat Residential Supervisor & Training Coordinator is responsible for managing the daily workflow of the team and developing and implementing training programs for staff.

 

Required Skills/Abilities: 

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to manage sensitive and confidential situations with tact, professionalism, and diplomacy.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proven experience in a supervisory position.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to develop and manage a caring team environment.
  • Training development and implementation experience.
  • Proven ability to complete full training cycle (assess needs, plan, develop, coordinate, monitor and evaluate).
  • Maintain appropriate professional boundaries with staff and clients.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
  • Proficient with or the ability to quickly learn various computer applications and systems.

 

Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Accomplishes department objectives through supervising staff and organizing and monitoring work processes.
  • Maintains staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees and developing personal growth opportunities.
  • Assists with scheduling of the team and assigning tasks.
  • Supports team by covering shifts when needed.
  • Responsible for managing, designing, developing, coordinating and conducting training initiatives.
  • Works closely with the Clinical & Compliance Director to ensure training materials and policies and procedures meet requirements of all governing authorities.
  • Maintains communication and collaborates with HR for all onboarding needs.
  • Understands, follows, and enforces policies and procedures amongst team and milieu.
  • Maintains strict confidentiality, HIPAA, and 42CFR Part 2 compliance. 

 

Physical Requirements: 

  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
  • Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
  • Must be able to navigate uneven terrain to access multiple on-site buildings. 
  • Must be able to drive in all weather conditions.
