Product Development Manager

Job Overview: Responsible for researching and developing new product processes and making modifications & enhancements  to existing products in order to meet the company goals effectively.   Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. §  Determine the type of advertising and marketing content, such as TV, radio, print, digital or social media, that needs to be created and distributed. §  Responsible for the market research behind every product the company is trying to push, sell, and/or share by quantifying data based on company’s needs §  Manage a calendar scheduling the creation of each piece of content and the planned release of each piece of content. §  Outline a product timeline and oversee the project’s successful execution, working with marketing team, clients, and stakeholders to achieve desired product launch. §  Develop and maintain relationships with external vendors whose products or services will be needed for the product. §  watch the market trends to develop plans that will increase sales, establish deadlines, and ensure the product development teams are on schedule.   Professional Qualifications §  PMP Certification preferred. §  Able to meet multiple deadlines and handle multiple projects at the same time.   Education and/or Experience Requirements Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in experience.   Spiritual Qualifications §  Uncompromised commitment to KJM’s vision, values, core beliefs and statement of faith. §  Agree to be an active participant in King Jesus International Ministry. §  Be a born-again Christian who conducts affairs in accordance with the Bible and maintains a lifestyle consistent with the Scriptures. §  Understand that in this role, they are a critical part of KJM’s mission to bring the supernatural power of God to this generation, and that part of their responsibilities as a church employee includes being considered a spiritual leader in the church.
