Job Description

Position Summary

Immerse Growth Network (IGN) is looking for a Sales Representative to be responsible for following up on leads who engage in IGN products and convert them into customers. Duties will include outreach to new potential clients, and following up with inbound inquiries related to our product and service offerings, which includes event sponsorships, media sponsorships, membership subscriptions, event tickets, workshop tickets, and online training courses. Your responsibilities will include outreach to cold leads, qualifying, and setting appointments with decision makers, finding the right services for the customer, presenting the services and closing the sale with customers. In order to be successful in this role, you will need to have an understanding of the sales process and dynamics, and also have superb interpersonal skills. Some previous experience in a sales role is a must. This is currently a remote job opportunity, and will require working with customers in multiple time zones including North America and Europe. IGN provides and requires its team members to participate in daily training that will continue to build and improve your skillset and mindset.

Objectives:

  • Maximize sales opportunities by scheduling appointments with potential new customers and existing customers.

  • Hosting virtual presentations to understand customers’ current needs, present the righ product or service, and sign them us as a customer.

  • You will manage a pipeline of qualified prospects using the company CRM and perform a daily review of leads and lead sources.

  • Make at minimum 50 outbound calls daily minimum and convert leads to customers.

  • Conduct outreach and follow up via email, Linkedin and other channels as needed to generate new leads, and follow up with existing leads.

  • Sell out our events and workshops each month with the sales team.

  • Meet daily KPI's and monthly/quarterly Sales Targets.

  • Be a contributing member of the Sales Team in revenue, culture, and brand image.

  • Communicate IGN’s value proposition to all customers and prospective customers.

  • Have a strong desire to excel in a sales driven environment.

Education & Experience:

  • GED or high school diploma preferred

  • 1-2 years’ work experience in sales of training programs or conference, event or media sponsorship programs;

  • Strong presentation skills

Physical Requirements:

  • Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer

  • This position will require travel - up to 10%

Job Type: Independent Contractor

Pay: $75,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year including commission

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday

  • Weekend availability

Supplemental Pay:

  • Commission pay
