Job description

We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Project Manager - Architecture & Interior Design

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, procurement coordination, logistics, and stakeholder management, with the ability to effectively manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, and timelines.

  • Coordinate project activities and ensure milestones are achieved according to established objectives.

  • Monitor project progress and proactively identify and resolve issues that may impact scope, budget, quality, or schedule.

  • Collaborate with clients, vendors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure effective communication and project alignment.

  • Manage procurement and expediting activities, including tracking orders, coordinating deliveries, and following up with suppliers.

  • Oversee logistics operations, shipment coordination, inventory tracking, and delivery schedules.

  • Conduct quality reviews and inspections to ensure compliance with project requirements and specifications.

  • Prepare project status reports, maintain project documentation, and communicate updates to stakeholders.

  • Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies.

  • Support contract administration, vendor negotiations, and project closeout activities.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business, Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.

  • Proven experience managing projects from planning through execution and completion.

  • Strong knowledge of project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and risk management.

  • Experience coordinating vendors, suppliers, procurement activities, and delivery schedules.

  • Familiarity with logistics, shipping coordination, inventory management, and supply chain processes.

  • Experience with quality assurance, inspections, and compliance documentation.

  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a deadline-driven environment.

  • Proficiency with project management and collaboration tools such as Microsoft Project, Excel, or similar platforms.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience within architecture, interior design, construction, hospitality, real estate development, or related industries.

  • Professional certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent.

  • Experience managing client-facing projects and vendor relationships.
