Pay Rate: 70-90/Hr on W2
Education:

• Bachelor's in Science/Engineering or related field with ~7 years Medical Device/Combination product experience and 2-4 years project management experience/some Microsoft Project skills

• Master's in Science/Engineering or related field with with at least ~5 years Medical Device/Combination product experience and 1-2 years project management experience/some Microsoft Project skills.

• Advance degree in Science/Engineering or related field with with at least ~3 years Medical Device/Combination product experience and 1-2 years project management experience/some Microsoft Project skills.

Required Skill Sets:

• Work requires experience in project and portfolio management, creating and maintaining program budget and managing program resources.

• The candidate will work with multiple teams that support new product introduction and commercialization activities of medical device and combination products.

Heavily Preferred skillsets: • Medical device and combination product experience with proficiency in Design Controls, new product development and risk management.

Certification Preferred/nice to have: PMP Software: MS office suite and expertise with MS Project

Responsibilities:

• The basic function of this position is to lead project teams; coordinate, manage and lead cross functional team meetings through various stages of product development through commercialization. • Create, own, and execute complex project timelines/plans which integrate with program working groups and align with the program timelines. • Typical tasks include leading project team meetings, managing project/program risks, maintaining project schedule/Gantt, driving project teams and activities to completion.

Note: • Manager prefers to see someone local. Work location – West Point, PA or Rahway, NJ. If they are coming to office this will be Hybrid schedule (3 days Onsite- flexibility to choose the days, but people in the group are onsite from TUE-THUR) • Open to remote candidate as well(any time zone), as long as they are able to be flexible to work in the EST timezone. • 12 months assignment with possibility of extension based on performance and budget.
