Job description

Our client is seeking to hire a Claims Customer Service Support Representative to join their team. This individual will support the claims team by handling inbound calls, assisting with First Notice of Loss (FNOL), performing accurate data entry, and providing general customer service support. This is a high-volume, fast-paced role that requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. This is a contract-to-hire role with a strong likelihood of conversion to a permanent position based on performance.


Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound calls related to new claims (First Notice of Loss) and general customer inquiries
  • Accurately enter, update, and maintain claim data in internal systems
  • Gather and document claim information while maintaining a high level of customer service
  • Assist with CSR-related tasks and support the claims team with day-to-day operations
  • Maintain professionalism and clear communication while engaging with policyholders
  • Ensure all data entry is timely, complete, and compliant with company standards
  • Meet productivity and performance metrics in a structured environment


Requirements

  • Prior customer service, call center, office, or data entry experience required
  • Comfortable handling high-volume inbound calls
  • Strong communication skills and high attention to detail for data accuracy
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred, but not required


Compensation & Benefits

  • $22.00 per hour to $25.00 per hour
