    About the Role:
    As a CBRE Workplace Experience Senior Coordinator, you will be instrumental in cultivating a world-class customer service experience for all employees and guests within a designated facility. This role is a core component of the Workplace Experience function, dedicated to providing exceptional service and fostering a welcoming environment for clients and visitors alike.
    What You'll Do:
    • Serve as the primary point of contact for all individuals entering the facility, greeting them with a friendly and welcoming demeanor.
    • Manage the issuance of visitor and parking passes, strictly adhering to all established security protocols.
    • Professionally escort visitors to their appropriate destinations within the building.
    • Create a memorable first impression by answering telephone calls in a professional and courteous manner.
    • Arrange and confirm recreational, dining, and business activities on behalf of requestors, ensuring seamless execution.
    • Oversee and manage janitorial or maintenance work orders, addressing issues promptly with vendors or internal staff as required.
    • Effectively escalate inquiries or complaints from employees, guests, and co-workers to the appropriate channels.
    • Provide comprehensive support to the team, including office supply management, coordination of meetings, and ensuring the proper care of equipment.
    • Develop customized client materials that consistently align with brand guidelines.
    • Adhere strictly to property-specific security and emergency procedures, notifying relevant parties to ensure the safety and well-being of all building occupants.
    • Proactively identify and resolve typical and atypical problems within your area of work without requiring supervisory approval.
    • Evaluate and select optimal solutions from established options to address operational challenges.
    • Organize and manage events and client event spaces, delivering "white glove" services, and providing support for event planning and execution.
    • Support catering operations for events, efficiently resetting meeting rooms, and ensuring adequate restocking of supplies.
    • Impact team through the quality of the services or information provided.
    • Follow standardized procedures and practices and receives regular but moderate supervision and guidance.
    What You'll Need:
    • High School Diploma or GED with 3-4 years of job-related experience.
    • An established understanding of work routines and standards and applying skills and knowledge in a range of processes, procedures, and systems are required.
    • Requires intermediate problem-solving skills with the capacity to review and select solutions from available options without supervisory approval.
    • Ability to explain detailed and complicated information within the team in a clear and concise manner.
    • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
    • Strong organizational skills with a robust inquisitive mindset.
