  • Agile Leadership: Manage agile processes and maintain a healthy, prioritized development backlog in close collaboration with Engineering and Design.
  • Strategic Alignment: Ensuring tactical work supports the long-term vision and help drive sales of the new product.
  • GTM & Adoption: Work directly with Go-To-Market (GTM) teams and Support to drive adoption and ensure smooth product releases.
  • Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Collaborate and align with delivery teams to develop and prioritize a roadmap specific to complex.
  • At Procore, AI isn't a specialized tool, it's a core competency. We expect every team member to be AI-literate, leveraging generative tools and agentic workflows to move faster and work smarter. You won't just use AI; you'll be building the agentic future of construction.

What We're Looking For:

  • Execution & Ambiguity: Ability to make defensible, informed decisions quickly and operate comfortably amidst the ambiguity of launching a new solution.
  • Delivery Momentum: You are the driver of your team, managing risk and dependencies to ensure timely delivery. Includes working with the engineering teams in agile processes and ceremonies.
  • Whole Product, User-Centric Thinking: You consider the user experience and collaborate well with UX design to think through UX designs and how they scale for more complex customers while incorporating customer feedback.
  • Strong Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to evangelize product features and benefits to both internal teams and external customers.
  • Construction Industry Passion: A deep curiosity and desire to learn the complexities of the construction industry and the specific needs of Materials stakeholders.
