Job description

We’re looking for a Senior M&A Integration Analyst to join Procore’s Finance Transformation Team. In this role, you’ll help ensure acquired companies are integrated successfully and that the strategic, operational, and financial value outlined in each deal is realized. You’ll turn M&A strategy into execution by coordinating cross-functional integration efforts, tracking progress, and helping teams achieve measurable business outcomes.

As a Senior M&A Integration Analyst, you’ll partner with Finance, HR, IT, Legal, Operations, Corporate Development, and executive stakeholders to drive post-merger integration activities and ensure alignment across key workstreams. Use your financial acumen, analytical skills, and project management expertise to identify opportunities, manage integration milestones, and deliver insights that support successful acquisitions. This role offers a unique opportunity to build deep expertise across M&A, finance, and business operations while gaining exposure to how Procore scales through strategic growth initiatives. Join us and help shape the future of Procore’s growth strategy.

This position reports into the VP, Finance Transformation & Technology and will be based in our Austin, TX office. We’re looking for someone to join us immediately.

What you’ll do:
  • Support the planning and execution of post-merger integration activities by coordinating workstreams, tracking milestones, and managing dependencies across functional teams.
  • Partner with Finance, HR, IT, Legal, Operations, and other stakeholders to align integration timelines, deliverables, and key business objectives.
  • Analyze financial, operational, and organizational data from acquired companies to identify synergies, risks, and integration priorities.
  • Build and maintain integration trackers, dashboards, and executive status reports to provide visibility into progress, risks, and key decisions.
  • Facilitate working sessions, stand-ups, and cross-functional meetings to identify blockers, drive accountability, and keep integration plans on track.
  • Support Day 1 and first-100-days readiness planning, including communications, change management activities, and operational alignment.
  • Document integration processes, decisions, and lessons learned to continuously improve future M&A playbooks and best practices.
What we’re looking for:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; or equivalent work experience. Advanced degree preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in finance, M&A, strategy, business operations, consulting, or a related field.
  • Experience supporting complex cross-functional projects, ideally within mergers, acquisitions, integrations, or transformation initiatives.
  • Strong financial analysis skills with experience working across financial systems such as SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, or similar ERP/consolidation platforms.
  • Advanced Excel skills and the ability to analyze, reconcile, and synthesize complex financial and operational data.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams, track dependencies, and drive execution without direct authority.
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to translate complex financial and operational concepts for both technical and executive audiences.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced, evolving environment with competing priorities.

Base Pay Range:

90,400.00 - 124,300.00 USD Annual
