Role Summary

Fanatics Collectibles is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Collector Fulfillment Associate to support day-to-day operations within the Collector Fulfillment Department. This is a hands-on role focused on picking and packing orders, receiving and processing mail, preparing shipments, organizing products and materials, and helping ensure collector-related items are handled accurately and with care.

This role is ideal for someone who is dependable, organized, comfortable with repetitive operational tasks, and committed to accuracy. The Collector Fulfillment Associate will follow established processes and work closely with Coordinators, Supervisors, Inventory team members, and other fulfillment partners to support timely and accurate completion of daily work.

What You'll Do

Picking, Packing & Shipping

  • Pick, pack, and prepare collector fulfillment orders accurately and efficiently.
  • Verify product details, quantities, labels, and packaging requirements before shipment.
  • Package items securely to help ensure products arrive in the expected condition.
  • Apply shipping labels, organize completed packages, and prepare shipments for carrier pickup or internal handoff.
  • Follow standard operating procedures for order handling, packaging, labeling, and shipment preparation.

Mail Receiving & Processing

  • Receive, open, sort, and organize incoming mail and customer-submitted items.
  • Review inbound packages for basic accuracy, condition, completeness, and required documentation.
  • Label, stage, and route incoming items to the appropriate workflow or team member.
  • Record basic package, product, or submission information in applicable systems or trackers.
  • Escalate damaged, incomplete, misrouted, unclear, or unexpected submissions to the appropriate team member.

Product Handling & Organization

  • Handle collector products and customer-related items with care and attention to detail.
  • Sort, stage, organize, and maintain products, materials, and work areas in accordance with department standards.
  • Assist with basic inventory checks, product movement, and supply organization as needed.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
  • Support daily operational tasks such as preparing materials, replenishing supplies, and organizing workstations.

Quality & Process Accuracy

  • Follow standard operating procedures with consistency and accuracy.
  • Perform basic quality checks to help prevent shipment errors, labeling issues, missing items, or processing mistakes.
  • Communicate exceptions, workflow delays, or product concerns clearly and promptly.
  • Support accurate documentation of completed work, package status, and product movement.
  • Ask questions and escalate issues when information is unclear or does not match expected process standards.

Team Support

  • Partner with Coordinators, Supervisors, Inventory Associates, and other fulfillment team members to complete daily work.
  • Support multiple fulfillment workflows as assigned, including order preparation, receiving, sorting, staging, and shipping.
  • Adapt to changing priorities based on daily volume, workflow needs, and department goals.
  • Contribute to a team environment focused on accuracy, reliability, safety, and collaboration.

What You Bring

Required Qualifications

  • 0-1+ years of experience in fulfillment, warehouse operations, shipping and receiving, inventory, retail stockroom, mailroom operations, customer service operations, or a related environment.
  • Ability to follow clear instructions, standard operating procedures, and repetitive processes with consistency.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
  • Dependable, organized, and able to complete assigned tasks on time.
  • Comfortable using basic computer systems, scanners, spreadsheets, shipping tools, or inventory systems.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.
  • Ability to stand, move, lift, pack, sort, and organize products, packages, and materials as needed.
  • Strong communication skills and willingness to ask questions or escalate issues when needed.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience picking, packing, shipping, receiving, sorting mail, or processing packages.
  • Experience handling collectibles, trading cards, high-value products, ecommerce orders, returns, or customer-submitted items.
  • Familiarity with shipping platforms, inventory systems, warehouse management systems, or carrier tools.
  • Basic Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, or data entry experience.
  • Interest in sports, trading cards, collectibles, or collector-focused products.
