The Product Content Marketing team at Fanatics spans all areas of product content creation. We're committed to delivering the best customer experience to the fan, while maintaining high-quality product information and imagery. The PCM team is made up of highly skilled imagers, stylists, writers and data aficionados, as well as detail-driven content editors and quality control enthusiasts. We take pride in creating a fun and collaborative environment where we work and solve issues together.  Our team is for fans, by fans and is looking for enthusiastic, sports-loving and goal-oriented fans to join our team. 

ROLE OVERVIEW 

The role of Studio Assistant in the e-Commerce studio at Fanatics is crucial for the overall success of the studio. You'll be primarily responsible for helping the styling team from retrieving products to assisting onset. In this role you'll also be filling in wherever needed - from un-bagging and steaming garments to running them back to the warehouse and everything in between. You'll be working as a part of our team to achieve production goals daily and weekly. 

HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT

  • handling various types of products including receiving and sorting it into studio.
  • assisting with prepping garments for set using steaming and ironing equipment.
  • working to prepare all other products for set. 
  • running product between prep and set. 
  • keeping studio supplies well-stocked. 
  • filling in where needed within a studio environment.
  • working with both hard-goods and apparel.
  • utilizing set standards to help stylists with product imagery.
  • general office tasks including word processing, emailing and spreadsheets. 
  • being able to absorb constructive feedback to expedite turnaround times.
  • great under pressure.

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TEAM

  • hold a high school diploma or equivalent (required).
  • have completed coursework in keyboarding, word processing or similar (required). 
  • have 1 to 3 years' experience in a retail setting.
  • minor styling a plus.
  • are familiar with steaming and ironing equipment.
  • understand a photo production studio.
  • can multitask.
  • are proficient with Microsoft Suite.
  • have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • can move around z-racks and lift totes of product weighing 25+ lbs.
  • can perform frequent movements such as standing, walking, repetitive finger, hand and wrist motions, as well as bending, stooping, reaching, squatting, and kneeling.
