As Product Manager, you'll own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for one of the most exciting parts of the Fanatics business, driving growth, engagement, and a best-in-class shopping experience for collectors and superfans alike.

What You'll Do

  • Own the end-to-end product lifecycle - from idea to launch and beyond.
  • Define and execute the product vision to deliver measurable business impact.
  • Use data, customer insights, and experimentation to improve conversion and engagement.
  • Partner closely with design, engineering, and marketing to craft seamless desktop and mobile experiences.
  • Track KPIs and learn fast through A/B testing and rapid iteration.
  • Stay ahead of eCommerce and sports trends to keep Fanatics Authentic at the forefront of fan innovation.

What We're Looking For

  • 4+ years of product management experience in eCommerce or consumer digital products.
  • Strong analytical, strategic, and communication skills.
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams and delivering impact in agile environments.
  • Passion for sports, fandom, and building amazing customer experiences.
  • BA/BS required; MBA a plus.

Where You'll Work and What's required:

  • Hybrid work environment with flexibility between 3 days in our San Mateo office and 2 days remote work from home.

  • The salary for this position is between $145,000 - $180,000 per year, in compliance with California's salary transparency requirements. This range reflects the expected compensation based on qualifications, experience, and location.
