Job Description

We are seeking an LPN to join our team! You will be responsible for delivering high quality care to assigned patients at Martin and surrounding areas.

Responsibilities:

Care for residents in a group home setting
Provide basic patient care and treatment
Collaborate with registered nurses for patient care
Sterilize and prepare medical tools and equipment
Educate and update patients on medical treatments

Qualifications:

Previous experience in nursing or other medical fields
Familiarity with medical tools and equipment
Ability to build rapport with patients
Compassionate and caring demeanor
Excellent written and verbal communication skills

MSHN Enterprises provides supervised group home settings for individuals stuggling with severe and persistent mental illness. We provide therapeutic psycho-social rehabilitation groups, community outings, medication management, as well as individual therapy.

MSHN also offers enhanced and medically fragile housing services in West Tennessee for those individuals who also have more complex behavioral issues and/or medical issues in addition to mental illness. These services include treatment and nursing and/or physician professionals.
