Order Processing & Customer Service Manager / Order Fulfillment
We are seeking a friendly, relationship oriented individual to join our team in an order fulfillment and customer service role. Ideal candidates have full cycle order processing experience in a high volume sales environment. You should also be within an easy commute to our Las Vegas office. Job Description
We have a small growing team in our Las Vegas office. We are fun, hardworking and the environment is fast paced. On most days, there will be many transactions to process; some straightforward, others complex that will require your concentration, attention to detail and problem solving skills. There will be extensive client, vendor and partner follow up.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Establishing new accounts, credit and billing
  • Entering sales orders into our accounting system promptly and accurately
  • Creating purchase orders with suppliers and following up on delivery times
  • Sourcing new products and negotiating with suppliers on large orders
  • Supervising warehouse & office staff
  • Invoicing promptly and accurately
  • Managing accounts receivable and overdue accounts
  • Ensuring inventory accuracy and conducting physical inventory counts
  • Providing superior customer service and follow up to our clients

Experience Required:

  • 2 years order entry in a high volume sales environment
  • 2 years general office administration
  • 2 years QuickBooks, Peachtree, Sage or similar accounting systems using 80% of program capabilities
  • Posting of complex sales transactions like returns, credit memos and special orders
  • Report generation
  • Conducting physical inventory counts
  • Pick, Packing and Shipping
  • Maintaining vendor / supplier relationships
  • Product sourcing & negotiation
  • 3-5 years customer service
  • Supervisory experience
  • 4-year degree preferred
  • Problem solving without supervision


Skills Required:

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Above average skills with MS Office applications
  • Advance reporting skills using Excel and other applications
  • Sourcing products
  • Negotiating pricing
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
  • Problem solving
