The Admissions Advisor role is a critical part of our company, so it is vital that the person we choose is a good “fit” with our commitments and shared values. Admissions Advisors are responsible for meeting enrollment goals and leading students through the admissions process by establishing meaningful rapport and follow-up for efficiency and excellent student service in a high-volume call and email environment. ABOUT THE JOB - KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Establish rapport and maintain strong relationships with prospective students by providing them with accurate academic program information that aligns with their professional development goals.
• Communicate with 75-100 prospective students per day via telephone, email, webchat, and SMS.
• Guide and track students through the admissions and enrollment processes.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s required.
• 2 years of experience in a metrics-driven higher education admissions environment
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics preferred
• Ability to pass a background check

SCHEDULE:

• Hours are typically weekdays (9AM-5PM), with a minimum of 2 evenings per week. Occasional Saturdays (9AM-1PM).
• Minimal travel required

COMPENSATION:

• $40,000 - 55,000
